The notion of customer service hardly existed and there were very few products on the market, creating an environment where a customer had no choice but to pay whatever price they were given on whatever product they could find. This environment led four friends to embark on a decade long journey to become what is now an unstoppable force known as GreenCoast Hydroponics. Born was a retail experience so immersive, customer-friendly and high quality that it wasn’t just a grow store, it was a culture. A way of life. The base of the GC pyramid has always been the individual customer. Our goal is to help the customer be successful in their endeavors. A GreenCoast store is designed to be a cultured retail space bursting with information, thus becoming a research and learning space and a focal point of community involvement.
